My last visit to Precision Auto proved to be one of the best services I've experienced with my Ford Explorer. Although every visit has been superb, the MotorVac Fuel System Service performed really had an impact on the fuel performance, as well as the handling.
I noticed a significant improvement with the amount of gasoline I use on a weekly basis. The "pinging" that was still occurring after upgrading to high octane was completely gone! My explorer is running so much better that I wanted to thank you, Eddy and Pat for recommending this service.
    I can't thank you and your staff enough for the superior and trustworthy service that our family has received over the past years on all of our vehicles. We feel safe knowing that the work performed on our cars is extremely professional and efficient. We are free from worry with traveling to and from college to pick up our son, my husband's long distance daily commute, as well as our younger son's safety with all of our cars.

On the 27th of May, my family and I were heading to New Hampshire for Memorial Day Weekend. We left home at 3:30 p.m. When we were driving through Damascus our van broke down. I called your shop and your tow truck arrived within 25 minutes. The tow truck driver was very friendly and loaded our van right away. When we arrived at the shop, the van was immediately unloaded and put into the service bay to begin diagnosis. The service writer then sent someone to pick up the parts needed to repair our vehicle.
    Your staff knew that my family was headed to New Hampshire that evening. Because of their concern and their willingness to repair our vehicle even though the shop had closed, my family was able to spend a wonderful weekend in New Hampshire with our relatives.
